Why I Love Prudential Utah Elite!
"What is there not to love about Prudential Utah Elite Real Estate? We have a broker that is always on the cutting edge of technology and I feel we are always one step ahead of "the other guys". When I started in 2002, I knew nothing and only thought I was good enough to be another agent’s assistant. That was not to be. Our broker saw something in me that I didn't see in myself and he had me take the "agent training" that Prudential Utah Elite Real Estate offers. By 2003 I was Rookie of the Year. I don't believe I could have achieved that at another firm and that I'd still be an assistant. Instead I have had a successful real estate business for the past 8 years and I'm still going strong.
The other things I love about Prudential Utah Elite Real Estate are the agents I get to associate with on a daily basis. We have a great relationship and we are always there to help each other. There isn't a sense of "bad" competition, but rather a sense of "encouraging & positive, friendly competition". We are constantly including each other in good opportunities that come our way. We're not afraid to help each other out of fear. We genuinely like and respect each other and are happy when we can "share the wealth".
We have a great support system in our office staff. Everything is run very professionally from the front desk, accounting, graphic department and "mother Pru". This is a very professionally run company.
The support that "mother Pru" gives is unbelievable! I've been am agent for 8 years and have barely scratched the surface of all the tools available to me. There is definitely something for everyone.
Prudential Utah Elite Real Estate has given me the self confidence to work in leadership positions with UCAR that I can't imagine I would have ever attempted without all the support from my colleagues at Prudential Utah Elite Real Estate.
And probably the final thing I love about Prudential Utah Elite Real Estate is that my broker has my back in everything I do. He is there to teach me, give moral support when needed, fight for me and my clients and continually be my support.
I truly love Prudential Utah Elite Real Estate! I try to recruit people all the time because I've watched the other real estate firms out there and wish that all the agents had the support that I do.
